Job Title: Child Development Teacher
Reports to: Childcare Director
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the YMCA, a leading nonprofit, committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Under the direction and supervision of the development director, the position's responsibilities are to ensure a safe and high-quality childcare program that implements a daily program in accordance with DHS and Keystone Stars Standards.
The Child Development Teacher is responsible for directing all aspects of classroom curriculum and program activities. Teacher’s supervise and guide child development in a safe and healthy environment.
